THIS October, Ku-ring-gai Financial Services Limited (KFSL) marks a significant milestone—21 years of dedicated service to the local community.

Since opening the doors of the first Community Bank branch in Turramurra, followed by the Lindfield branch in 2011, the commitment to our community has been a constant driving force.

Over the past 21 years, the Community Bank has proudly returned over $3.8 million to the community.  This has included support for local projects, schools, charities, and community initiatives.

To celebrate this momentous occasion, KFSL is rolling out its biggest initiative yet—$210,000 in Community Grants.

This grants program is designed to give back even more to the community that has been part of the Bank’s journey. Local charitable and not-for-profit organisations across Ku-ring-gai, Hornsby, and nearby areas are encouraged to apply for funding. The grants will support projects that make a positive difference to our community.

If your organisation has a project in need of funding, this is your opportunity to get involved. Applications for the grants open on Tuesday, 1 October 2024, and close on Saturday, 30 November 2024. Application forms will be available on the Community Bank’s website, and even if your organisation doesn’t have an ABN, you may still be eligible for alternative funding – so make sure you visit the website and review the details.
