SALLY McGrath is an advocate for self-care. She is a health and wellness coach, a burn-out prevention expert, something which she has learnt the hard way. 

In her book ‘Health that Heals’ she describes her younger corporate years as being a workaholic and a perfectionist.

Feeling consistently exhausted is not ‘ok’ or healthy. The book dives into the real issues of burn-out and the high expectations she had on herself, leading to other issues that many face. 

The book is brave and honest. It’s an enjoyable read of personal growth leading to self-improvement for not only herself but for others she now works with on their journey.
