PUBLIC NOTICE – Dr David Roper

As of 7 January 2022, the medical practice of Dr David Roper operating as part of The Esplanade Medical Practice will be owned and operated by IPN Medical Centres Pty Ltd (ACN 088 149 893) (“IPN”). To ensure the continuity of patient care, all patient records will be maintained onsite by IPN at the practice (other than those records returned to a patient or passed on to a nominated medical practitioner at the patient’s request.
