As of 7 January 2022, the medical practice of Dr Geoffrey Heise operating as part of The Esplanade Medical Practice will be owned and operated by IPN Medical Centres Pty Ltd (ACN 088 149 893) (“IPN”). Ph 98786666 To ensure the continuity of patient care, all patient records will be maintained onsite by IPN at the practice other than those records returned to a patient or passed on to a nominated medical practitioner at the patient’s request.
