Terms & Conditions (Black Friday 2025)
1. Offer Eligibility: To qualify for the complimentary 40mm x 37mm spot in the 2026 Community Calendar, the advertiser must book a minimum of two (2) print editions, using the Claim Code. One of these bookings must be the December 2025 edition. The second booking may be for either the January 2026 or February 2026 edition.
2. Strict Artwork Deadlines: Due to print scheduling, deadlines are final.
- December 2025 Edition: Artwork strictly due by December 3, 2025.
- January 2026 Edition: Artwork due by December 22, 2025.
- February 2026 Edition: Artwork due by January 20, 2026.
3. Cancellation Fee: Booking space in the December 2025 edition reserves premium print inventory. Therefore, if you fail to submit print-ready artwork for the December edition by the December 3, 2025 deadline:
A) You will forfeit the complimentary 2026 Community Calendar spot.
B) The full cost of the December Ad placement will be retained by The Post as a Cancellation Fee and is strictly non-refundable.
4. Artwork Specifications: Advertisers are responsible for supplying high-resolution, print-ready files (PDF/JPG) at the correct dimensions. The Post is not responsible for errors caused by low-quality or incorrectly sized artwork supplied by the client.
5. Payment: Full payment for the two booked editions is required upon booking to secure the Black Friday rate. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit against other services.
