Debuting on March 2 at Wahroonga Park is a brand-new event: Sparkling WAHROONGA: Food + Wine Festival.
This free-entry community festival is brought to the Upper North Shore by the same producer of the Wahroonga Food + Wine Festival.
Celebrating NSW cellar door wines, small-batch distilleries, craft brews, international cuisine, and artisan produce, the festival is set to bring together locals and tourists alike for a taste of gourmet food and beverage.
Sparkling WAHROONGA is designed as a feast for the senses.
Event highlights include:
- 30 renowned NSW wineries featuring a selection of sparkling, white, red, and rosé wines;
- 10 top-tier distilleries;
- 2 craft brewers, Six String Brewing Company and North’s Collective new Depot beer;
- 10 gourmet food vendors with an array of multicultural dishes;
- 15 artisan producer stalls displaying local produce and handcrafted goods;
- The Greens North Sydney is showcasing a seafood menu featuring caviar, oysters, lobster rolls, paired with their Piper-Heidsieck French champagne bar and a selection of Robert Oatley’s wines.
To round out the event, an all-day lineup of live music will entertain the ears. Genres will range from jazz to acoustic to contemporary.
