Remembrance Day
11 November 2026Honouring Service and Sacrifice
On the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month in 1918, the guns along the Western Front fell silent as the Armistice took effect, ending four years of global conflict.
Today, Remembrance Day serves as a solemn tribute to all service men and women who have suffered or given their lives in service across all wars, armed conflicts, and international peacekeeping operations.
