The tribute recognises Reilly’s three decades of dedicated service to the Willoughby community. It also celebrates his leading role in driving The Concourse – one of the largest local civic and cultural infrastructure projects in NSW – from concept to completion.
Current Mayor Tanya Taylor praised his enduring legacy and strong advocacy for the arts.
