On Sunday, 20th of October, Crows Nest’s mainstreet will transform into a vibrant festival celebrating connection, culture, and creativity. The event is free for all ages.

With the recent opening of the Metro, the festival’s footprint has expanded beyond Willoughby Road, offering even more engaging activities.

This year, Crows Nest Fest is set to draw a crowd of over 50,000 attendees, with 200 vibrant stalls. From 10 am to 5 pm, the streets will roar with excitement as food sampling, live music, thrilling art battles, and other activities entertain the community.

Director JoEllen Henderson says, “One of our main achievements is to make the festival happen.” Through events like the Crows Nest Fest, the organisation celebrates the vibrant culture and strong community spirit within this lovely and quirky neighbourhood.

The Community Stage is where local talent can be discovered, alongside an exciting new addition to Crows Nest Fest, the Art Battle. This thrilling competition features four rounds with four artists creating live. At the end of the day, their artworks will be available for sale. Crows Nest Fest is also proud to stay single-use-plastic free, emphasising its commitment to sustainability.
