Double the Lifeline:

This March, we have the chance to create a lasting impact for our community. The ‘Double the Lifeline’ fundraising campaign launches on March 6, aiming to raise $130,000 to bring Lifeline Connect to Lindfield. This free, face-to-face support service will provide immediate assistance to those in need.

Thanks to a generous partnership with Lindfield & Districts Community Bank, every donation will be matched dollar for dollar, up to total donations of $50,000, doubling the impact of every contribution.

Lifeline Connect offers a safe, judgment-free environment for individuals seeking help with mental health struggles, relationship issues, financial stress, or simply needing someone to listen. It  [Lifeline Connect]also provides connections to further resources and ongoing support, giving people the tools and services they need to move forward.

Elizabeth Lovell, CEO of Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney, emphasises the importance of this initiative:

“Lifeline Connect is a new, impactful service already making a difference in Hornsby, Chatswood, and North Sydney. We’re now excited to bring this early intervention face-to-face service to Lindfield.”

The campaign’s success relies on community participation and the generous support of Lindfield & Districts Community Bank. Michele Ferris, Branch Manager of Lindfield & Districts Community Bank, shares her excitement:

“We are proud to partner with Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney to bring Lifeline Connect to Lindfield. This initiative will provide essential support for our community.”

The ‘Double the Lifeline’ campaign is an opportunity for everyone to contribute. With donations matched dollar for dollar, even small contributions have a significant impact. For example, a $50 donation becomes $100, and a $200 donation becomes $400—each step bringing us closer to the $130,000 goal.

Donations can be made online at the Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney website , or in person at the Lindfield & Ditricts Community Bank branch at 318 Pacific Highway Lindfield, starting March 6. Together, we can bring this vital service to Lindfield.

Let’s come together to double the lifeline, double the support, and double the hope for our community. With your help, we can make this Christmas truly meaningful and provide life-changing support to those who need it most.
