It was a glorious, sun-drenched Sunday on April 12 when the doors swung open for the soft launch of Honey Rider Bar in Neutral Bay.
The afternoon was a beautiful celebration of a new local chapter, and we couldn’t be more thrilled for its new owner, none other than Sarah Monahan.
Our Publisher, Tina, first connected with Sarah back in March at the International Women’s Day event in Roseville. Sarah was the guest speaker for the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women’s Shelter that day, and it was immediately clear that she is an inspiring woman of immense talent and heart.
Many of you will fondly remember Sarah from her days on the iconic Australian series Hey Dad!, and you can dive deeper into her journey in our April edition of The Post.
Spending time at the bar and chatting with Sarah was a true highlight. Her creative vision for the space is as bold as it is welcoming. Honey Rider isn’t just a place for a drink; it’s a budding hub for community-focused initiatives, including podcasting and engaging local events. You can already feel the vibrant, creative energy that she is pouring into every corner of this venue.
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favour and stop by to soak up the fantastic ambiance. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a drink, say hello to Sarah, and experience what is destined to be a standout local gem for Neutral Bay.
