It’s official. Asquith Boys High School and Asquith Girls High School have announced their approved name changes.
Asquith Boys High will transition to Hornsby High School. Logos, colours, the motto, and uniform are being developed through community consultation and the help of a volunteer uniform committee. To maintain its original identity, Hornsby High will feature maroon as its primary colour. To forge a new identity, the co-educational school will also incorporate navy and mid blue.
Asquith Girls High will now be Asquith High School. A community feedback survey on the new logo, motto, and uniform closed at the end of June. Final decisions are yet to be made.
Both names for the two co-educational schools will come into effect Term 1 2026.
