Ku-ring-gai Council is acceping entries for the Local Citizen of the Year Awards.
The awards recognise volunteers and quiet achievers who contribute to the wellbeing of Ku-ring-gai. Categories include
- Citizen of the Year,
- Young Citizen of the Year,
- Environmental Citizen of the Year, and
- Mayor’s Award for Outstanding Contribution.
“These awards celebrate the unsung heroes and quiet achievers who generously donated their time and effort to help others and make Ku-ring-gai an amazing place to live,” Mayor Christine Kay said.
Nominations close Sunday, 7 December 2025.
