For those people who feel life needs to be more worthwhile, that they have a strong sense of giving, and being meaningful in their actions, then working on projects such as what is offered by the Chancellors Committee may be ideal for you.
We raise money for student scholarships and various University projects that improve the lives of students and environment at University of Sydney.
- The Chancellors Shop. This is situated in the stone buildings, close to the Quadrangle, near the Bell Tower. In this shop you will find a variety of offerings. You will not be working on your own but with an experienced member of the Chancellors Committee, until you feel comfortable. We want to have the shop open at least five days per week.
- In the second week of September, we have a huge Book Fair in the Great Hall (near the Quad). Thousands of book are on offer, many of which are valuable and antique books, sold at a low price.
