Simplifying AI for Business Success with AI2Easy

Garima Singh (Left) and Nikhil Singh (Right) Co-founders of AI2Easy

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning are adapting at full throttle. The ability for data processing and automation to attach to every industry is becoming a reality.

Garima Singh and her husband, Nikhil Singh, are aware of this. Living in Wahroonga, the pair co-founded AI company AI2Easy four years ago, wanting to revolutionise the way companies approach AI.

Being in the technology business for almost ten years, Garima and her husband caught wind of a materialising reality: that AI is a fast-approaching future. Even so, AI is complex, sophisticated, and daunting for many.

Garima, who handles marketing for AI2Easy, finds that many people say that AI is scary. To her, this way of thinking will ultimately result in industry setbacks.

‘It is time we need to embrace AI,’ explains Garima. ‘Those who do not want to may not be in the job… you need to enhance your skills using AI so you can be up in your work. AI is here, we cannot escape from it.’

From day one, AI2Easy’s mission was clear: “AI, simplified for you”.

AI2Easy specialises in productivity enhancement. Services AI2Easy provide include custom chatbot development, process automation, marketing automation, legal document automation, investor relations tools, AI integration services, and compliance monitoring and security.

Most businesses do many tasks manually, like answering emails. But as with all activities, these tasks can be slowed by human hands. If a company receives 250 emails a day, but can only answer 15, there is a backlog, and clients can be lost.

‘We put AI on top of it,’ says Garima. ‘All 250 emails can be answered in the same day. That’s the power of AI, it’s about helping people do their job in a fifth of the time. That’s the future of AI.’

To Garima, AI is cost-effective, time effective, and will allow people to grow in other directions. It allows people to not be bogged down by menial tasks, leading to improved productivity.

The fear, however, is if jobs will be lost as a result. But Garima disagrees.

‘Nobody can replace humans’ brains… humans’ emotions,’ says Garima. ‘I can tell the content written by a human or AI. You need to tweak it so it looks good, with some of your own words. We still need new information to be acquired.’

As AI2Easy continues to grow, Nikhil and Garima remain committed to their original vision. Their journey is far from over, and they’re excited about the future possibilities in the world of AI.
