Ground Broken on $97 Million Wahroonga Estate Development

This week property developer Capital Corporation officially broke ground on The Residences at Wahroonga Estate.

For over a decade, the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, alongside Capital Corporation and in partnership with builder DASCO, have been collaborating on this project.

Though the project broke ground this week, over 55 per cent of the initial release has already sold, valued at $97 million.

The Residences at Wahroonga Estate is the Upper North Shore’s leading project for luxury development, situated beside the Sydney Adventist Hospital (the San), and offering valuable downsizing opportunities to Wahroonga residences. From new research commissioned by Capital Corporation, the study found that one in three Australians are downsizing due to health- related reasons and are seeking residency close to medical facilities.

Ku-ring-gai Council Mayor Christine Kay attended the groundbreaking ceremony, offering her support for more housing opportunities and thoughtful amenity in the local community.

‘We know that many people in our community are already looking to downsize to low maintenance apartments… projects like this one will help meet that demand,’ said Mayor Kay.

Sydney Adventist Hospital CEO Brett Goods was in attendance at the ceremony. In a recent release, Mr Goods said, ‘The San has been part of the Wahroonga community for more than 120 years providing care for generations of families. The Residences at Wahroonga Estate continues our vision of proving world class healthcare and promoting wellness connection, and peace of mind for residents and patients alike.’

The Residences at Wahroonga Estate is championed by an extensive team.

Developer Capital Corporation, builder DASCO, interior design by Coco Republic, architecture by GroupGSA, and in partnership with the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
